Carsome Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("the Organiser") wishes to thank you for submitting a request for a vehicle price quote from a selected dealership via our website. Before completing your request submission for a vehicle price quote, you are advised to read and agree to the terms and conditions below.
The Organiser collects personally identifiable information (PII) that is volunteered during Registration or in response to specific information requests explicitly presented to you ("The Participant"). The Participant, hereby voluntarily give express consent to the Organiser and/or its affiliates, to use all or any of the personal data and information submitted, such as, name, telephone number , postal or e-mail address ("Personal Data") as provided to the Organiser, upon the following terms:
The Personal Data collected shall be used by the Organiser for the purposes of allowing selected car dealerships to contact the Participant via communications including but not limited to, direct mailers, e-mails, Short Messaging Service and/or telephone calls.
The Organiser may engage the service of third parties to process the Participant's Personal Data. All such third parties are contractually obliged not to use the Participant's Personal Data for any other purpose, other than as specified herein.
The Organiser also always reserve the right to disclose PII in order to:
1. comply with applicable laws;
2. respond to governmental enquiries (or enquiries from a legal, governmental or quasi-governmental or local authority agency or Internet protection agency of any type);
3. comply with a valid legal process or procedure; or
4. protect our rights or property, this Website, and/or other users of this Website.
The Participant has the right, at any time, to:
1. withdraw his/her consent for the use of the Personal Data;
2. to request for any correction/update of the Personal Data;
3. raise any general queries regarding the use of his/her Personal Data;

The Organiser may, from time to time, amend this Policy, in whole or part, in its sole discretion. Any changes to the Terms & Conditions will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revisions on the Website. The Organiser will announce any changes on the home page of the Website. However, in any event, by continuing to use the Website following any changes, the Participant will be deemed to have agreed to such changes. If he/she does not agree with the Terms & Conditions, as it may be amended from time to time, in whole or part, the Participant must terminate the use of the Website.
